Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month. You can cancel at the end of any billing cycle.

What about the setup fee?

Non-refundable. It covers a human onboarding team calibrating Otto to your studio's cadence during the first 7 days. We don't charge it unless you signed.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days free. Cancel any time before day 15 to pay nothing. Otherwise your card is charged the monthly fee on day 15 and your subscription auto-renews monthly until you cancel. You're also protected by a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month if Otto is not useful to your studio. The setup fee is non-refundable.

Yes — 15% per location after the first.
